Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method & Areas

We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/dimensions. Please note that we do not offer free shipping.

Delivery times for Standard Shipping typically range from 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processing. These times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. SoluGadget is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping charges will apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. SoluGadget has no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately at [email protected].

For lost packages, please contact us at [email protected] if the tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days after dispatch. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
